Cory comes from a multi-generational trade family and has spent more than 25 years in the business. As the longtime owner of PureCare Carpet in Lincoln, Nebraska, he knows the owner's side of the job as well as the work itself: the phone that rings mid-clean, the quote that needs a follow-up, the invoice that needs chasing and the review nobody remembered to ask for.
That is the week CarpetOS is set up around. Cory now works with other carpet cleaning owners to put their calls, bookings, customers, reviews, marketing and invoices into one system, so less of the business runs on memory and late nights.
